This is the kind of animal neglect story that I’m actually happy to report! A recent complaint came in to the NJSPCA about a horse that had not moved in several days and was tied to a fence.

After responding to this “complaint” it was discovered that the horse was actually a “horse statue”! I guess people couldn’t tell the difference! I’m sure the owners and the SPCA got a good laugh 🙂
